Still nothing too exciting going on here (I'd better be careful when I say that, eh Jodi?). We're just trying to stay inside and out of the heat. It's up to the 110's again this week.

I'm looking forward to coming up home in the next month or two. We're planning a trip after my sister has her baby & I can hardly wait to see everyone. Mariah broke her back in a car accident in March. She had surgery then and will be having a C-Section as soon as the baby is strong and healthy enough. Then she'll have more x-rays to see how her back is progressing. She's kept such a positive attitude this entire time and never complains. What a great example she's been. Hang in there, Riah!
So my brother is wanting more pictures of Ashlyn. Of course as a proud mama I can't resist the opportunity to show her off. Okay Morg.....Here you go :)

Still a good sleeper - but getting fussier. We're wondering if she's beginning to teethe.

She's found her feet! She's also laughing more, but is a tough critic so a good laugh is few and far between.

Donovan is getting pretty big too. He just loves his baby Ashlyn! After many discussions and a couple attempts to find him a new home, Derek and I have hopefully finally compromised on the dog. He's inside with me during the day and outside in the evenings when Daddy comes home. I take full ownership and Derek is trying hard not to get annoyed with him. It's

working for now, although it's not always easy.
I just have two questions for everyone...
1. Where does the time really go?
2. How can one tiny person create so much laundry?
Have a Very Happy Day!!!

If I knew the answer to the first question, I'd bet I could be a millionaire. As for the second question: laundry. There is an an endless amount of spit-up, slobber and other bodily fluids - that I won't mention here - that taints their clothing and blankets. And even though baby clothes are little, there are lots of them, so it adds up fast! Ashlyn is such a doll!
The time...beats me I feel like I just had Spencer a month or so ago and he is already 2!
I will agree, this little people sure do create a lot of laundry, just wait until he is feeding herself and you will double in the laundry category.
So when are you coming up? Do you plan on seeing the Pulsipher's also!! We want to make sure that we get to see you too!
Of Course! It will be just Ashlyn & I but we don't know for sure when - probably in the first couple weeks of August. I'll keep in touch & let you know :)
Okay, so, how about a visit to one of your old pals??? If you have time and can get together, I'd love to see you! I'll bet Mark would love Ashlyn. :o)
Hey Ra'Shelle, its Mekesha. I found your blog through Audra's. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and tell you how cute your baby is. My blog is tenleyrae.blogspot.com
love the pictures I know what you mean about time flying all I can say is enjoy every minute. A sunday school teacher in our old ward said make the most of every moment because soon it will just be memories. I have found his words as words to live by. Especially on those long days.
Such a cutie. I wish that time would slow down while they are so small and sweet and then speed up a bit around 3yrs!! LOL As far as laundry, it is a lost cause these days. A potty trained boy of 3, a baby with acid reflux, and a little girl who changes outfits 3 times a day! Yikes, I am lucky if I get it clean!!! And yes, I am enjoying every minute of it.
She is so cute Ra'Shelle! I wanted Ellia to like pacifiers so bad, so I could by those cute button ones. She won't have anything to do with them though.
