I've heard about it........I've read about it........I've even seen it happen to others......I guess I just wasn't prepared for it to happen to us. It hit suddenly and without much warning. So now that our sweet little daughter has contracted this aweful condition, it's difficult to know the best way to overcome it. I am talking, of course, about the dreaded "TERRIBLE TWOS"!!!
Everything is now "No" or "Mine", crying uncontrollably over nothing at all, running the opposite direction when I need her - and when I go to get her, it's collapsing her body to the ground in protest. UGH!!! What happened and where did my sweet (& obedient) baby go??? I guess we just love her through it and pray for the ending, right? I know..... you're all laughing saying it's only going to get worse and that 3 is the new 2. Great - thanks alot!
We enjoyed a fabulous Thanksgiving holiday (with 2 whole dinners) in Utah. Have to admit that it was really hard for both of us to come back to AZ this time. We're really missing it there and being close to family & friends. It was great to see everyone we were able to. Sorry to those we missed. (Niecee - one of these times we'll see each other.... if you're feeling like some warmer weather, we've always got room!!!)
Hope you all had a great one too and that you are having a
Happy Holiday Season!
p.s. Today is bright, sunny, and in the 50's.....maybe I'm not missing UT as much as I thought right now!

Actually, Jaxon got better when he turned 3. He hardly ever throws fits now. He was potty trained since about 2 1/2, but still had a few accidents here and there. Not a since one since his third b-day. It's like something clicked (back into place) and my sweet little boy is back! I hope it's like that for you!
Ummmmmmmmm... Your daughter is still an angel. Did you not see my kids?! lol honestly I think 3 is going to be better. Reya can sometimes be reasoned with and it seems to be getting better every day. Or maybe she's just caught onto the concept of Santa coming so she needs to be good... lol
Come on, you've got to miss the 0 or below nights here and the snow and the highs around 20! Madelyn doesn't even go out for recess it is too cold (the wind chill is even worse!) Wish we could see you over Christmas but we ain't going where there is no snow! :)
I feel for you - the dum dum DUM - Terrible Twos are very hard. Mark kinda got a late start, but he's making up for it now. :o)
I'd give anything for warm weather now. Yesterday I never did warm up. My feet actually stung, it was so cold! A couple days ago it was -28 here. Brrrrrrrr!
